This cheesy biscuit breakfast ring is filled with shredded chicken, creamy cheeses, and baked in golden biscuit dough. Perfect for brunches, family breakfasts, or comforting meals anytime.

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar, divided
1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
2 green onions, finely chopped
2 large eggs (one for filling, one for brushing)
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Optional: chopped bacon, hot sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.

  • Mix chicken, softened cream cheese, 1 cup cheddar, onions, 1 egg, and seasonings in a bowl.

  • Flatten biscuits into 4-inch circles. Arrange in a ring with edges overlapping.

  • Spread chicken filling evenly around the ring.

  • Fold biscuit ends over the filling and tuck under the ring.

  • Brush top with second egg and sprinkle remaining cheese.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  • Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
