A rich and creamy casserole layered with seasoned chicken, melted cheddar, and crunchy Nacho Cheese Doritos. Quick to make, big on flavor, and always a crowd favorite.

3 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1 packet taco seasoning
2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 (9.75 oz) bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
Optional: green onions, corn, black beans

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, soup, sour cream, tomatoes, taco seasoning, and 1½ cups cheese.

  • Layer crushed Doritos on the bottom of the dish.

  • Spread half the chicken mixture over chips.

  • Repeat with more chips and remaining chicken mix.

  • Top with remaining cheese.

  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes.

  • Finish with extra Doritos and green onions before serving.
