A rich and creamy casserole layered with seasoned chicken, melted cheddar, and crunchy Nacho Cheese Doritos. Quick to make, big on flavor, and always a crowd favorite.
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
1 packet taco seasoning
2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 (9.75 oz) bag Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed
Optional: green onions, corn, black beans
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, soup, sour cream, tomatoes, taco seasoning, and 1½ cups cheese.
Layer crushed Doritos on the bottom of the dish.
Spread half the chicken mixture over chips.
Repeat with more chips and remaining chicken mix.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes.
Finish with extra Doritos and green onions before serving.
