Cheesy, creamy Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls combine rich Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and melty cheese inside toasty garlic bread bowls for the ultimate comfort food meal.

Ingredients

4 small round bread rolls or boules
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1½ cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 ounces cream cheese (optional)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Pinch of crushed red pepper (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing bread)
1 clove garlic, minced (for garlic butter)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice tops off bread rolls and hollow out centers.

  • Mix melted butter with 1 clove minced garlic and brush insides of bread bowls. Bake for 10 minutes.

  • In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add cream and simmer 3–4 minutes.

  • Stir in Parmesan and cream cheese (if using) until smooth.

  • Add chicken and 1 cup mozzarella. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper.

  • Fill bread bowls with Alfredo mixture. Top with remaining mozzarella and sprinkle with Parmesan.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
