Flaky biscuit dough filled with creamy eggs, crispy bacon, chicken, and cheddar cheese—perfect for quick breakfasts, meal prep, or brunch.
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
5 large eggs
1 tablespoon milk or cream
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 tablespoon melted butter (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Cook and crumble bacon.
Scramble eggs with milk until slightly soft.
In a bowl, mix chicken, bacon, eggs, cheese, and seasonings.
Flatten each biscuit round and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
Fold dough around filling and seal tightly.
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with butter if using.
Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
Cool 5 minutes before serving.
