This breakfast pizza features a crisp hash brown crust layered with scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, sautéed vegetables, and melty cheese. A hearty, all-in-one dish that’s perfect for mornings or meal prep.

Ingredients

3 cups frozen shredded hash browns, thawed and drained
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 fully cooked chicken sausage links, sliced
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk or milk alternative
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: chopped herbs, hot sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  • Press hash browns into a 10–12 inch round. Drizzle with oil, season, and bake for 20–25 minutes.

  • Brown sausage slices in a skillet. Set aside.

  • Sauté bell pepper and onion until soft.

  • Beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble gently until just set.

  • Top crust with scrambled eggs, sausage, and veggies. Sprinkle cheese on top.

  • Bake 8–10 more minutes until cheese is melted.

  • Cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with optional toppings.
