4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
2 jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place in dish.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup cheddar, jalapeños, and half the bacon.
Spread mixture over each piece of chicken.
Top with the remaining cheese and bacon.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 15–20 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
Rest 5 minutes before garnishing with green onions.
