A golden, crusty loaf stuffed with creamy garlic chicken, mozzarella, and Parmesan, baked until melty and crisp. Perfect for serving at gatherings or enjoying as a comforting meal.

Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 large crusty French or Italian loaf
1 tbsp olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Melt butter, add garlic, and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in parsley.

  • In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, ¼ cup Parmesan, seasonings, and 1 tbsp garlic butter.

  • Slice bread lengthwise and remove some of the inside to make room for filling.

  • Fill both halves with chicken mixture, then sprinkle with remaining cheese.

  • Close the loaf, brush with garlic butter and olive oil.

  • Wrap in foil and bake for 20 minutes.

  • Unwrap and bake for another 8–10 minutes until golden.

  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
