  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese or mayo

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

  • Butter or oil for cooking

  • Fresh herbs (optional) for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook or shred chicken if not already prepared.

  • Sauté garlic in butter or oil for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Combine chicken, cheeses, garlic, seasoning, and binder in a large bowl.

  • Warm tortillas and fill with about 1/2 cup of the mixture.
