3–4 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed (about 40 crackers)
6 tablespoons melted butter
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix chicken, sour cream, soup, and spices.
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared dish.
Combine crushed crackers with melted butter.
