Savory breakfast sliders filled with crispy chicken, fluffy scrambled eggs, melted cheese, and buttery biscuits. Great for make-ahead meals, brunch, or weekday mornings.

Ingredients

1 lb boneless chicken breasts or thighs
1/2 cup flour or breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp oil
6 eggs
2 tbsp milk or cream
2 tbsp butter, divided
6 large biscuits
6 slices cheese (cheddar, American, or pepper jack)

Instructions

  • Season and lightly bread chicken. Cook in oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through.

  • Bake biscuits at 375°F and slice in half once slightly cooled.

  • Whisk eggs with milk and seasonings. Scramble gently in butter until soft and fluffy.

  • Layer chicken, eggs, and cheese on biscuit bottoms. Add tops to complete the slider.

  • Warm in oven to melt cheese, if desired.

  • Brush biscuit tops with melted butter before serving.
