This easy Smash Burger Tortilla Wrap features juicy ground beef smashed into a flour tortilla with melted cheese, crispy edges, and all your favorite burger toppings—wrapped and toasted for a handheld meal you’ll love.
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
4 large flour tortillas
4 slices cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup chopped pickles
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced onions
1 tbsp oil or butter
Optional Burger Sauce:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp chopped pickles
Combine burger sauce ingredients and set aside.
Lay a tortilla flat. Place one cheese slice in the center.
Press 3–4 oz ground beef onto the tortilla over the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the tortilla beef-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes.
Flip and cook the tortilla side for 1–2 minutes until golden.
Remove from pan and layer with sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions.
Fold in half and return to the skillet briefly to toast if desired.
Cut and serve hot.
