This easy Smash Burger Tortilla Wrap features juicy ground beef smashed into a flour tortilla with melted cheese, crispy edges, and all your favorite burger toppings—wrapped and toasted for a handheld meal you’ll love.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20)
4 large flour tortillas
4 slices cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup chopped pickles
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced onions
1 tbsp oil or butter

Optional Burger Sauce:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp chopped pickles

Instructions

  • Combine burger sauce ingredients and set aside.

  • Lay a tortilla flat. Place one cheese slice in the center.

  • Press 3–4 oz ground beef onto the tortilla over the cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the tortilla beef-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes.

  • Flip and cook the tortilla side for 1–2 minutes until golden.

  • Remove from pan and layer with sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions.

  • Fold in half and return to the skillet briefly to toast if desired.

  • Cut and serve hot.
