Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles is a savory, garlicky stir-fry featuring seared chicken, chewy noodles, and a sweet-salty sauce that’s ready in under 30 minutes — perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, thinly sliced

  • 6 cloves garlic, minced

  • 8 oz lo mein or udon noodles

  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar

  • 2 tsp cooking oil

  • 2 scallions, sliced

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  • Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and cook until golden and fragrant.

  • Stir in soy sauces, oyster sauce, and sweetener. Let simmer 1–2 minutes.

  • Return chicken and noodles to the pan. Toss to coat evenly.

  • Cook for 2–3 minutes, then garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
