Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles is a savory, garlicky stir-fry featuring seared chicken, chewy noodles, and a sweet-salty sauce that’s ready in under 30 minutes — perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
6 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz lo mein or udon noodles
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
2 tsp cooking oil
2 scallions, sliced
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and cook until golden and fragrant.
Stir in soy sauces, oyster sauce, and sweetener. Let simmer 1–2 minutes.
Return chicken and noodles to the pan. Toss to coat evenly.
Cook for 2–3 minutes, then garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
