1 tbsp soy sauce (for marinating)
1 tbsp cornstarch
8 oz noodles (egg, lo mein, rice, or spaghetti)

4 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil

Toss chicken with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate 10 minutes.
In a bowl, combine ¼ cup soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and water.
Cook noodles, drain, and rinse under cold water.
Heat oil in a large pan or wok. Stir-fry chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
