Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles bring together seared chicken, tender noodles, and a glossy garlic-soy sauce in one satisfying stir-fry. Sweet, savory, and quick — it’s a go-to dish for busy nights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (for marinating)

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 8 oz noodles (egg, lo mein, rice, or spaghetti)

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp water

  • Optional: green onions, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Toss chicken with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate 10 minutes.

  • In a bowl, combine ¼ cup soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and water.

  • Cook noodles, drain, and rinse under cold water.

  • Heat oil in a large pan or wok. Stir-fry chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

  • Return chicken to the pan, add sauce, and let it bubble and thicken for 2 minutes.

  • Add noodles and toss until coated and sticky.

  • Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
